1. Scope and contact
This policy covers Flying2Europe accounts, enquiries, support tickets, newsletters, agent registration and applications for European job, visa and travel assistance. It explains the information involved in those activities and the choices available to you. Contact support@flying2europe.com or +351 920 706 948 for questions about this policy. Our Portugal contact office is R. Felix Lacerda Nº 16, 1º Andar, Lug. Paivas, Amora, 2845-369, Portugal. The legal contracting entity and service-specific arrangements must be identified in your quotation or agreement before payment.
2. Information you provide
Depending on the feature you use, we ask for your name, contact details, account information, nationality, application details, employment history and supporting documents. Agent registration may involve agency information and verification documents. Payment and support records may include transaction references, the amount paid and messages you send. Only provide information relevant to the requested service. Do not put account passwords, one-time codes or full payment-card details in a support ticket.
3. Technical and account information
The website uses session information to support sign-in, account functions and form security. Device, browser, network and activity information may be involved in maintaining the website, investigating errors and preventing abuse. Your browser may store a theme preference, language preference and cached weather information. These browser preferences are different from the identity and application records held in your account.
4. Purposes and lawful grounds
Information is used to answer your enquiry, create and administer your account, verify details, manage applications and documents, record payments and respond to support requests. Where applicable data-protection law requires a legal basis, processing must be connected to your service request or contract, a legal obligation, a legitimate and proportionate operational purpose, or your consent. Optional promotional use must not be treated as a condition for receiving an unrelated service. Ask support for the basis relevant to your particular record.
5. Applications and service partners
A visa or employment application can require information to be sent to an employer, authorised processing partner, embassy, consulate or public authority. The destination, service and stage of the application determine which records are necessary. Information must be limited to the legitimate purpose of that application. Ask for the intended recipient and the purpose of a document request before sending sensitive material or authorising a new service.
6. Providers and external services
Hosting, communication, verification and payment providers may process information needed to deliver their part of the service. The website also provides third-party links, embedded resources and optional translation or messaging features. When you use Google sign-in or translation, WhatsApp, Telegram or another external provider, that provider handles relevant information under its own terms. Opening an external feature can disclose technical information to that provider. Review its privacy notice before sharing personal documents there.
7. International processing
Applications and support may involve offices or recipients in different countries, including Portugal, Romania, Bangladesh and the destination country. Where a transfer is subject to legal safeguards, the required basis and safeguards must be established for that transfer. You may ask which countries and recipients are involved in your case and request information about applicable transfer arrangements. A recipient outside your country may be subject to different laws and independent statutory obligations.
8. Cookies and browser controls
Essential session cookies support account access and form security. Language and theme settings help preserve your preferences. You can use your browser to clear cookies and local storage or block external content, although some sign-in or translation features may stop working. Non-essential tracking, if introduced, must be covered by a separate notice and any consent required by applicable law.
9. Retention and deletion
Records should be retained only for the service, account administration, applicable recordkeeping duties, dispute handling and necessary security purposes. The appropriate period depends on the document type, the service and any legal hold. Closing an account does not automatically require deletion of invoices or records that must legally be retained. You may ask support for the applicable retention period and request deletion of records that no longer have a lawful purpose. Copies already provided to independent authorities are subject to those authorities' rules.
10. Your rights and requests
Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to access your personal information, correct inaccurate details, request deletion, restrict or object to processing, receive portable data and withdraw consent. Withdrawal does not invalidate earlier lawful processing. Some rights have exceptions. Send your request from your registered email and identify the relevant account or application; proportionate identity checks may be required. Where GDPR applies, you may also complain to the competent data-protection authority, including Portugal's CNPD where appropriate.
11. Security and your responsibilities
Use a unique password, keep your verification codes private and sign out on shared devices. Report suspected account misuse promptly. Access to application records must be restricted to authorised purposes and information should be sent through the official account or an agreed secure channel. No website or transmission method can be guaranteed free from all risk. If a security incident involves your information, notifications and corrective actions must follow the requirements applicable to that incident.
12. Children, changes and further information
Applicants must meet the age and eligibility requirements for their chosen service. Information about a child should only be submitted where relevant and by a person authorised to act for that child. We may update this policy to reflect changes in website features or service arrangements; the date below identifies this version. A change does not remove rights attached to earlier processing. Contact us if you need clarification before creating an account or submitting documents.
